1. No Returns on Consumable Products
All products sold on our website are consumable items, and therefore:

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

4. Refund Process

For transactions made via PhonePe, refunds will be credited back to the same account or payment source.
5. Replacement Process
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Delivery timelines for replacements will be similar to standard shipping
6. Cancellation vs Refund

Orders cancelled within the allowed time (as per our Cancellation Policy) are eligible for a full refund

Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify for replacement only under valid conditions
