Cancellation Policy

At Himora Tea, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled.

 

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order only within a limited time frame after placing it.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.

 

 

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • The order has already been processed or dispatched

  • The product is out for delivery

  • The request is made beyond the allowed cancellation window

Since our products are consumable items, we maintain strict policies to ensure product quality and hygiene.

 

 

3. Cancellation by Himora Tea

Himora Tea reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Issues identified by our payment gateway

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

 

 

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time:

  • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

For payments made via PhonePe, the refund will be credited back to the same account or source used during the transaction.

 

 

5. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, modifications such as changes in products, quantity, or shipping address may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

 

 

6. Important Note

Due to the nature of our products being perishable and consumable, cancellations are strictly time-bound. This helps us maintain product integrity, freshness, and operational efficiency.
